China Visa Service Center (CVSC) is a visa service agency working
closely with Chinese Embassy/Consulates to facilitate the issuance of
a Chinese visa at your request. We make every effort to process your
request in a timely manner. Please be aware that the issuance of a
Chinese visa is entirely at the discretion of the Chinese
Embassy/Consulates. Consular officers have the final say on whether to
approve or deny an application, on the type of visa to be issued and
on the duration of stay to be granted. CVSC makes no guarantee that
the Chinese Embassy/Consulates will issue a visa exactly as requested.
CVSC service fees are charged for submitting your application to the
Chinese Embassy/Consulates and such fees are non-refundable even if
your visa is denied by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate. Consular fees
will only be charged if your visa is approved. If you wish to cancel
your application and avoid consular fees, this request must be made
before your application is submitted to the Chinese
Embassy/Consulate. CVSC service fees are not refundable for canceled
applications.
By sending your visa application to CVSC, you accept all the
requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth
herein and specifically agree that CVSC shall not be liable to you for
the action or inaction by the Chinese Embassy/Consulates or for the
performance by any third party delivery company. At all times and
under all circumstances, CVSC’s total liability to you for any claims,
liabilities or damages of any kind, shall not exceed the service fees
paid by you to CVSC. Under no circumstance shall CVSC be liable to you
for any indirect or consequential losses and damages, including lost
profits or punitive damages. Your sole remedy against CVSC for failure
to obtain a Chinese visa in a timely manner shall be the CVSC service
fees actually paid by you.
