 1  Your Passport

You must send your actual passport, which must have 6 months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page.

 2  China Visa Application Form

Download here. Forms must be completely filled, signed and dated. One form per applicant. Do not leave any areas blank but instead write "N/A".

 3  Photograph

One color 2x2 photo taken by a professional passport service, Walgreen, CVS, Kinkos, etc.

1、Processing time means the time it takes for the Chinese Consulate to process your visa. Please allow extra time for shipping and handling.

2、Applications for same day rush service must be received by 10:00AM. You must therefore use the early morning delivery services of FedEx or UPS only, with signature requirement waived. Rush service applications received after 10:00AM will be shipped back the following business day.

3、Send all documents in a secure way (FedEx, UPS, Express Mail or Certified Mail) to a designated China Visa Service Center office.
